Nourish November: November 10- Add Wellness to Your Days with Audiobooks

One of my favorite things to do is to listen to books on wellness or psychology while driving or walking. I like to process the information in this way, and it makes me feel like I am accomplishing something. These books can be very in-depth, so I only listen to about one a month.


The Information spoken in audiobooks seems to absorb better. I like that I can go back to listen to an example or fact. It's also nice to listen to small portions and still feel like I’m learning and challenging myself by filtering through new information. Remember, whatever you are doing for your own personal wellness, it is a step in the right direction. You don’t need to do everything at once.
