Confetto Chat: Taking a break from counseling

I recently took a break from counseling. I had no idea this step could be so helpful for my overall wellness. This adjustment has allowed me to do a good amount of problem solving on my own. It has also guided me to use the tools and methods from therapy to process daily life and overcome challenges, I've experienced growth in my mental health.
